Serving the East End of Long Island

Estate sales handled with intention.

A lifetime of belongings deserves more than a weekend of guesswork. I run full-service estate sales from the first walkthrough to the final payout... Researched, staged, sold, and left broom-clean.

Who I am

A neighbor-first approach.

Weaver's Passage was built from a love of stories. Stories told through furniture, timeless pieces of clothing, jewelry, and the many parts of a home that can offer a museum-level experience of its legacy. It is an honor to be a part of that transition, whether it's a move, a downsize or a loss. My job is to keep things simple, intentional, and impactful.

I work through the home myself, hands-on. Every item is organized and cleaned, and I have a deep skill set in merchandising so that you get the most out of your estate sale. Your family's home is staged in a way that buyers can actually see what's there. You'll know all the details from day one, without needing to be in the weeds when you already have your hands full.

I'm an antique-lover and thrifter at heart. I started this business out of the pure love I have for timeless pieces, and for helping those transition into a new chapter of their lives.

The process

Four phases, from first look to final handoff.

Every sale follows the same thread, but your house and your timeline set the pace.

  1. Phase 1

    Intake & Sorting

Walkthrough and contract, then every room worked through by hand — what sells, what's donated, what's family-keep, and what goes.

  2. Phase 2

    Pricing & Staging

Research and price valuables at market value, then arrange the house like a shop: clear flow, good light, and displays that let pieces speak. Listings go to EstateSales.net and .org, regional groups, email list and social channels.

  3. Phase 3

    The Sale

Presale hour for dealers, then two days of managed traffic, staffing and staged markdowns.

  4. Phase 4

    Wrap-Up

Donation haul-away, a final walkthrough, keys back in your hand, and a clear accounting of every dollar.

The first walkthrough is free and comes with no obligation. Tell me a little about the property and the timeline, and I'll tell you honestly whether a sale makes sense.
